Jordinho set the early pace in the opening P9 and led to the run
in.
Macbart was in a different league to these. After a slow start,
he ran on and was crowded at the third bend. He came again strongly
and ran away with the race.
Imperial Singer ran wide and was one paced from the last bend,
but still grabbed second.
In the H1,
Winkys Don showed some pace to lead at the first bend. He was
outpaced and smashed up at the 3rd bend.
Westgate Flash took over, but faded on the run in and was caught
by
Castleivy Sand, who did well to get up after being crowded at
the third bend.
Time Connection started ok and led round in the S3. Again she
failed to see out the trip and
Granary Girl stayed on after a slow start, and had time for a
dwell up on the run in before pulling out enough to score.
The A8 was a shocking event. On his 143rd outing
Quiescent Image led from the second bend and made it win 24 at
the Stow. There's life in the old dog yet!
Centaur Elise rode a few bumps and kept on for second.
Clune Catunda had a dwell up on the run in.
Swahv Zico rode a bump and led off the second bend. He was
passed at the 3/4 and had a dwell up on the run in.
Miss Georgie stayed on and went on to win this A7.
Appletown Drogba plodded on for second.
Castlemary Podge made all to land the P6, following up his debut
win last week. He is a nice scopey dog and can go on from here.
Woodberry Girl plodded on for second.
Gold Zara Street clipped the heels of another dog at the second
bend and lost all chance.
The A5 looked a weakly contested event beforehand.
Redec Liz made most of the running and sprung a surprise.
Greenfield Vieri stayed on for 2nd after a modest break.
Greenfield Vieri threatened to get involved but eased at the 3rd
bend.
A moderate looking A4 followed.
Courts Ad Andy got a clear run and led from the 2nd bend. This
was nothing to write home about.
Tipsy Tarquin started slowly, was crowded at he second bend and
stayed on for second.
The 3rd shite race on the row, as an M2 followed.
Sliponein led round, but didn't see out the trip.
Born For Glory took it up from the 6th bend. The slow old boat
Luciesilvas followed her home.
Sophie Rose was dropped in grade in the A3, but had been running
poorly. She put in another poor effort.
Ballymac Rita started well and made all the running. She had
been mixing it in good company and made the most of this drop in
class.
A moderate S2 to close and
Eternal Flame led at the 5rg bend from the early pace setter
Eternal Flame, but was one paced on the run in and grabbed
by the old plodder
