a modest start, Tamberine
Man got to the front in the A9. He had a dwell up on the run in
and won by a short head. Macbart
challenged and was crowded at the 3rd bend. He cam again, but also
had a dwell up near the line.
A
Beautiful Life led round in the A8, but was headed at the 3rd
bend and was one paced after. Classy
Noble too it up at the 3rd bend and went on to win his 2nd race
from 12 Stow runs. Ebony
Ocean plugged on and finished 3rd.
Can't buy luck ran off and fought at the 1st bend,
causing chaos. Podges Dilemma made it to the 4th bend first. Unfortunately,
he was running in the wrong direction, having been knocked over at
the first bend. The race was void.
Choice
Jock made all to land the S4 plodders race. Sligos
Win stayed on and lost out by a neck, as the leader's stride
shortened.
Begin
To Hope looked different gravy in the A6 and was sent off 1/2
favvy. He took a while to get going, but paced up well down the back
straight and pulled clear from the third bend. Ringtale
Lad stayed on to finish a remote second.
Beat
Them Jenny ran out a comfortable winner of the second A6.
Leading from the second bend, she was never threatened. Sandy
Lane stayed on for second after suffering crowding at the second
bend.
Droopys
Majella was sent off 5/4 in the A5, despite having her first
run, returning from seasonal rest. She made all and was followed
home by Special
Roxi. This was Droopys
Majella's 6th win from 19 starts at the Stow.
Redec
Liz broke best in the A5, but was slow at the first two bends. Beat
Them George drove the bend well and led from the second bend. Sober
Vieri plodded on for second.
The enigmatic Milwaukee
Tools made all to land the A4. After a modest start, Swing
Low paced up well to the bend. Despite checking at the 3/4, he
stayed on to finish second.
Grannie
Annie continued her progressive form when she made all to land
the A3. She took a middle course on the run up and won her her 5th
win from 8 starts. Fear
Charlie kept on for second.
Fear
Mykeo made all to win the A2. She has a decent strike race, as
this was her 17th win from 46 Stow starts. War
Of Attrition drove the bend and kept on to finish half a length
second.
Fat
Man Dan set a very strong early pace in the S3 finale, kicking
clear of his rivals. He came back a bit towards the end of the race,
but was comfortably clear, winning by 3 3/4 lengths from Steeple
Rd Blond.
