NFL Week 4
Following last week's debacle, I will go to the well once more
with the Bears. The result may well prove to be how their season
will progress, but I doubt they will get the same treatment this
week. Absolutely the right decision, to promote Brian Griese to QB,
who in fairness, has never set the world alight, but he can move the
ball. If he keeps the errors down, it shouldn't be a problem against
the Lions, you might well see their go to guys Berrian, Clark &
Mohammed come to life tonight. The latter should be used more than
he has this so far this season. That may reduce the burden of the
consistent Benson. Hopefully Griese is aware of that. Devin Hestor
should be more effective than against Dallas and we all know what he
can do.

Miami have been bad news for me so far, but the Dolphins are
getting better. The QB ratings for both teams are very similar, but
Green can move the ball a lot faster. That could well be a factor.
I'm hopeful that Culpepper stays in for Oakland. If he does, I fancy
Miami to serve it up to him. In general, the Dolphins have the edge
in most key positions.

It's time for San Diego to show their talents. I believe LT will
be at his best tonight. I have to mention Larry Johnson, who is also
an awesome player. It's strange that both are slow out of the boxes
this year. Most pressure though, is on Herm Edwards, who never has
been the best coach, when you want your offence to show up. He
looked incapable of inspiring the Chiefs against the Bears in Week
2, so last weeks results do have significance when it comes to this
game
